We ship both locally (within the US) and internationally.

We are not liable for delays caused by flights, customs, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
In certain countries, local authorities may require you to pick up your order from a local post office or customs center.
Dispatch Time

Most orders are dispatched within 24 hours of payment.

Preorder items are shipped within 25–30 days.
Our warehouse operates Monday–Friday (excluding national holidays).
We aim to minimize any delays during holiday closures.
Change of Delivery Address
Address changes can be made before the order is dispatched. Contact us via our Contact Form.
Items Out of Stock
If an item is out of stock, the full order will be held until it's available. We reserve the remaining items for you.

Duties & Taxes

Import Duties & Taxes
Some international orders may require you to pay customs duties/taxes upon arrival. These are set by your country’s government, not by ComfyPillows.
We do our best to label packages as “Medical Supplies”, which are often duty-free—but final decisions are made by your local customs office.

Customers are responsible for understanding their country’s import laws before placing an order. For specific rules, consult your local customs office or tax authority.
If you refuse to pay duties, your parcel may be abandoned or returned at your expense. No refunds will be issued in these cases.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours, unless they have already been dispatched.
Lost Packages
We use third-party logistics and are not responsible for lost or stolen goods once marked “delivered”.
Destroyed Packages / Unsuccessful Delivery
If delivery fails (due to incorrect address, absence, or no pickup after 3 attempts), parcels are often destroyed by couriers.

If caught early, resending may be possible (with an added shipping fee).

If the parcel is already destroyed, a replacement can be arranged, but you may need to cover part of the cost.
We always send tracking and pickup notifications by email. Please monitor them closely.
Tracking Notifications
After dispatch, a tracking link will be sent to your email to follow the shipment status in real-time.
